Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (within Germany) will be made within 1-4 business days, and international deliveries within 1-5 business days from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction). This applies only to products listed exclusively as "Non-Pre-order" products. Products offered as "Pre-Order" are shipped according to the respective pre-order timelines (clearly stated in the description).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

If you choose to collect the items yourself, we will notify you via email when the goods are ready for pickup and provide information on the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
